about occupational therapy
Occupational Therapy, OT, is a therapy that puts you in the middle.
What is important to you?
What are your strengths?
What are your challenges?
What do you want to do?
Illness, injury, or life's challenges and transitions can disrupt your function at home work or play.
OT can help you recover, grow and thrive!
I love working with people!
I want to hear your story, where you have been and where you want to go.
I strongly believe in the power of nature, self compassion, and meaningful activities.
Recovery, healing and growth is possible.
Live your best life now!
Stressed out, on edge, irritable?
Low energy, no drive, unmotivated?
Maybe your nervous system is out of tune?
How do you fill your time?
stuck in a rut?
Are your activities a source of meaning, purpose and satisfaction?
Can you do what you want to do?
Activate your life and achieve your goals.
Recover from illness or injury.
Create the life you want and live your best life now!

OT services are client centered which means your story, your challenges, your strengths, your resources, and your needs are integral to the treatment process.
Individualized OT interventions are offered to help you meet your goals. OT sessions work best when they occur in the places you need to function including at your home, work, or in a variety of community settings.
Confidentiality is always respected.
OT services are covered by some extended health providers, please check your policy.
