How do you spend your time? 

We spend our day performing a variety of activities. Some activities we chose to do, some we have to do, some we are good at and others not so much. Some activities give us pleasure, others are rewarding. Some activities create stress and others relieve stress. Activities can be a source of great pride, satisfaction, and meaning and at other times a source of great frustration, anxiety, and stress. Injury, illness, or age related changes can also affect your ability to engage and perform the activities that are meaningful to you. 

I am very interested in your activities and therapy can involve talking about, planning, and doing activities, sometimes together. Your activity goals are at the centre of the treatment as healing and recovery can come from doing what you love.

If you are not able to do what you want to do, OT treatment may be right for you.
